Founded in 2019, Beestera Goalkeeping is a goalkeeper specific academy that looks to educate and motivate goalkeepers of all ages and abilities. Our goal is to provide a fun, challenging environment that develops both strengths and weaknesses of the goalkeeper. Utilized as a specialized training tool to supplement team training, each session will test the individual mentally and physically by providing different insights of positional understanding. With our direction and motivation, we strive to give each individual goalkeeper the proper skill set to reach their maximum potential.

Ryan founded Beestera Goalkeeping Training in April, 2019. Having a decorated career as a goalkeeper and coach, Ryan won the 2005 NJCAA national championship with Herkimer County Community College (HCCC) and concluded his junior-college career second in the NJCAA record books in career shutouts. Ryan then played one season of Division II soccer at the University of Bridgeport in 2007 before capping his college career at American International College (AIC) in 2009.

After his collegiate playing days ended, Ryan spent three years with the Vermont Voltage of the USL Premier Development League and professionally for the Syracuse Silver Knights of the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL).

As a coach, Ryan won the national championship twice as an assistant coach at HCCC, before joining Syracuse University staff as the Men’s Soccer program director of operations in 2013. In 2017, Ryan was the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Hartwick College, before joining the University of Albany Women's Soccer program as their Goalkeeping Coach. Ryan was also the director of Goalkeeping for Alleycats Soccer Club
