Beestera Futsal - 12-15 year olds

We are excited to bring back our Futsal program! For those who don't know, futsal is played in a 4v4 format on an area a little bigger than a basketball court. It is widely known and used as the best tool for development in ball control, speed of play, and overall game awareness.

This program will consist of training every Monday from 7:30-9pm for 5 weeks. The first hour will be dedicated technical skills training while the last 30 minutes will be game play. The 5 week curriculum will encompass a lot and is guaranteed to make each player more technically proficient, more confident on the ball, and more cognitively ready to play at a higher level.
