Year 3! Come join us every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the summer for soccer specific strength and conditioning. Sessions will begin at 7am and last for one hour. The session will include speed and agility, fitness and strength exercises, both with and without a ball.
Whether you are preparing for the high school or college season players of all ages are welcome. The Breakfast Club will be a community of players dedicated to improving their physical skills. Players will be grouped by age and ability, however interaction between all players will be highly encouraged. Older players will be encouraged to act as mentors to younger players, and younger players will see what it takes to achieve at the college level.
The price for the Breakfast Club will be $25 per session with a total of 18 sessions running throughout the summer. Every participant will receive a summer workout program for signing up.
